Now more than ever, Union Community Health Center is committed to addressing the mental and behavioral health needs of our patients, and the community. For family or loved ones who could benefit, you’ll find comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services at all Union locations through the Collaborative Care model – a holistic approach that includes primary care, behavioral health, and dental care providers all delivering care as one unified team for each patient. Our Behavioral Health Clinicians also teach and encourage self-management behaviors to manage symptoms and enhance each patient’s quality of life. Union Community Health Center offers these caring services for anyone age 5 and older – including: -Individual Therpay -Child Therapy -Adolescent Therapy -Family Therapy
