About

Vida Guidance Center is part of the Urban Health Plan family. It is Urban Health Plan’s first Article 31 Behavioral Health Center and is dedicated to expanding access of mental health services and case management to children, adolescents, adults and families.

Services Provided

Healthcare

• Health specialists serving youth with disabilities (e.g., developmental pediatrician, occupational therapist, physical therapist, behavioral support)
• Mental health (e.g., crisis, clinics, social work)

• School age (5-18)
• Young adult (18+)
