The Otsego County Mental Health Department provides treatment and support for to individuals in need of mental health assistance. The clinics provide: NYS licensed Psychologist NYS licensed Children's Psychiatrist NYS licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner NYS licensed Clinical Social Worker NYS licensed Mental Health Counselor All of our staff are well equipped to help you achieve the change you desire. The clinic is open Monday through Friday 8:30-5 PM. Evening hours are available on an individualized basis. All services are confidential
