About

Benchmark Family Services, Inc. provides Pre-KIndergarten programs in the Carthage and Watertown School Districts. Benchmark Family Services, Inc. was founded in 1996 and moved into its current business office on Ohio Street in Watertown, NY in September 2002. Since its inception, the program has undergone several changes, relocations, and continued growth in providing services in New York’s North Country. Benchmark currently serves approximately 100 students aged 3 and 4 in the Watertown City School District, and an additional 150 students aged 4 in the Carthage Central School District.
