CSS Workforce NY (CSSWFNY) assists individuals with greater employment opportunities and i availalbe to business and job seekers of all ages. offerings include workshops, resume building and training opportunities. Youth Services Navigators serve the needs of the Emerging Workforce between the ages of 16 - 24. CSS's vision is to provide a no-fee, business-driven workforce preparation system to ensure that employers have access to workers with appropriate skills. Chemung Schuyler Steuben Workforce New York is a not-for profit organization overseen by a Board of Directors with representatives from both the private and public sectors.
