About

Our Hospice services enrich the quality of life for patients and families facing the challenges of a life-limiting illness – and support medical, psychosocial and spiritual needs. The hospice program offers specialized end-of-life care and is the Medicare-certified provider of hospice services in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Genesee and Wyoming counties. Our licensed home care program allows patients with short-term needs or chronic conditions to remain in their own homes. We provide services for the frail elderly, developmentally disabled, patients recovering from surgery or illness, as well as those living with long-term disability or illness. HomeCare & Hospice employees and volunteers are screened to meet the highest standards and trained to provide excellent patient care.
